Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the foundational data infrastructure, the full-time Principal Product Manager will build systems for patient segmentation, cost measurement, and payer-facing data products, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the patient segmentation and stratification infrastructure to classify patients by clinical profile and outcomes
• Create a cost of care measurement layer integrating internal and external data for auditable comparisons
• Define the data strategy for the outcomes team, aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a shared vision

Required qualifications

• Experience owning complex data infrastructure products end-to-end
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL and engaging with statistical methods
• Experience with external validation of cost or outcome claims by payers or regulators
• Ability to set product strategy in ambiguous domains without a predefined playbook
• Experience aligning engineering, clinical, and commercial stakeholders around a data vision
