Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Principal Product Manager will manage analytics engineering projects, drive continuous improvement, and build consensus across teams to enhance enterprise-wide services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and management of analytics products and services across the organization
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in service delivery
• Develop and communicate a clear vision for analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Analytics, or Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience
• 8 years of management-level experience in areas such as data management, analytics, or product design
• Strong experience in decision-making and problem resolution within a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor staff in a dynamic setting
• Experience in driving continuous improvement and innovation in product management
