Job Summary
Driving the vision and strategy for Directed Workflows, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage the integration of AI into sales and service processes, ensuring effective decision-making and workflow execution across customer engagement and loan production.
Key responsibilities
- Define a multi-year product vision for Directed Workflows as an AI-first service system
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Operations to design and encode the sales and service processes

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
