Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative banking solutions, the full-time Principal Product Manager will engage with financial institutions, validate product initiatives, and contribute to cross-product platform strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary source of financial institution insights to inform product development and validate initiatives before launch
• Contribute to cross-product platform strategy by identifying integration opportunities and workflow gaps through direct engagement with financial institutions
• Bridge client needs with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on value propositions and messaging

Required qualifications

• VP-level or equivalent experience at a community bank, credit union, or regional financial institution, or 5+ years in software product management with a focus on platform ecosystems
• Deep familiarity with the challenges facing community financial institutions, including data fragmentation and AI adoption
• Existing relationships within the community financial institution ecosystem
• Experience in managing complex integrations or API-driven products in fintech or enterprise SaaS
• Strong systems thinking and technical fluency to discuss APIs and integration architecture with both engineers and C-suite executives
