Owning therapist compensation and incentives, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will drive the economic mechanisms that ensure clients can quickly find the right therapist while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data and improve service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own the incentive system to optimize therapist availability based on client needs
- Define and manage the compensation model for therapists, ensuring clarity and predictability

Required qualifications
