Key responsibilities
- Establish a compelling vision and roadmap for agentic experiences across Mindbody's platform
- Lead the development of agentic workflows tailored to B2B user needs, ensuring trust and usability
- Define quality standards and evaluation strategies for non-deterministic AI products to enhance reliability
Required qualifications
- 9-12 years of product management experience with a focus on complex platform initiatives
- Hands-on experience taking LLM-powered or agentic systems from concept to production
- Deep understanding of non-deterministic systems and their product challenges
- Experience building platform capabilities used by multiple product and engineering teams
- Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to navigate complex technical concepts
