Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of the customer onboarding platform, the full-time Principal Product Manager will ensure scalability to support new products and regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the onboarding platform, focusing on automation and efficiency
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and engineering teams to create systems that balance regulatory requirements with user experience
- Identify and address process inefficiencies impacting onboarding speed and compliance outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in delivering compliance, onboarding, or risk platforms within fintech, payments, or crypto sectors
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for product design and development
- Proven track record with KYB, KYC, and AML technologies to meet global regulations
- Expertise in designing compliance workflows that enhance customer onboarding
- Strong analytical skills with experience in applying AI/ML to improve onboarding processes
