Job Summary
Experienced in enterprise SaaS, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define product strategy and roadmap priorities for the Focus app, leading AI-native product development and driving cross-functional initiatives to enhance organizational alignment and decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the Focus product vision, roadmap, and operating plan based on customer and market needs
- Lead AI-native product building, identifying high-impact AI and automation opportunities within Focus workflows
- Drive critical cross-functional initiatives to improve customer alignment of strategy, goals, and execution
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise SaaS products or complex product areas
- Demonstrated AI fluency and experience in AI-native product building practices
- Experience in 0-to-1 product development and managing senior-level stakeholders
- Strong enterprise SaaS fluency across product strategy and data-informed decision making
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with high executive visibility
