Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Tutor Copilot roadmap, defining strategy and driving delivery of an AI assistant for tutors
• Design and prioritize AI features in collaboration with design, engineering, and data science teams
• Lead experimentation by establishing A/B testing frameworks to measure impact on session quality and tutor satisfaction
