Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager (AI) to lead the development of AI-powered dental billing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for AI-powered products
• Conduct deep domain discovery by shadowing revenue specialists and dental office managers
• Run pilots with dental offices, gather feedback, and iterate on AI product performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years on AI/ML products or complex SaaS products
• Deep domain expertise in a complex vertical such as healthcare or fintech
• Hands-on experience shipping products using LLMs or ML models
• Technical fluency to read code and prototype workflows
• Experience building human-in-the-loop AI systems or workflow automation products
