Principal Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Guiding the vision and strategy for the Elastic Agent Builder, the full-time Principal Product Manager, AI will work remotely to define how enterprises build and scale context for AI agents, collaborating with customers, engineering teams, and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers and internal teams to gather requirements and prioritize product needs
• Develop and align a roadmap for core context engineering capabilities for AI Agents
• Analyze the AI Agent market and collaborate with data science and engineering to evaluate agent capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical cloud infrastructure or platform products
• Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, including LLMs and context engineering
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders in a remote-first environment
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to addressing real-world problems for developers
