Principal Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Driving high-impact product initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager, AI will own the product vision and strategy, lead the design of AI workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer value across SecurityScorecard's platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Define and deliver customer-facing features and platform capabilities, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy
• Lead the design and delivery of AI workflows that reduce manual effort for customers and internal teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of shipping significant products
• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered product features, including agentic workflows and intelligent automation
• Strong technical fluency in system design, APIs, and AI pipelines, with the ability to make informed tradeoff decisions
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes at a senior level without direct authority
• Data-driven decision maker with experience in defining product metrics to guide strategy and prioritization
