Job Summary

Owning high-impact product initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager, AI will drive the strategy, execution, and evolution of AI capabilities across the platform, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer value and product development.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Lead the design and delivery of AI workflows that reduce manual effort for customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with customers and partners to validate solutions and shape outcomes based on their needs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered product features and intelligent automation
• Strong technical fluency in system design, APIs, and product architecture
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes at a senior level
