Job Summary

Driving the development of AI-powered healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager, AI will own the end-to-end lifecycle of generative AI products, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact and meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered product capabilities from concept through customer adoption
• Deliver enterprise-grade generative AI products and workflow automation capabilities into production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success metrics tied to customer adoption and business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled products, or complex technical environments
• Proven track record of shipping products used by enterprise customers at scale
• Strong technical fluency across modern AI systems, including generative AI and LLMs
• Demonstrated ability to connect product decisions to business performance and customer value realization
