Principal Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Hands-on and innovative, the full-time Principal Product Manager, AI will create and deliver AI-first product capabilities for customers, translating complex problems into actionable product requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development of AI product capabilities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
• Define and refine product requirements, incorporating AI principles and performance metrics to enhance product quality and reliability
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through product discovery, launch, and iteration, driving measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of six years of relevant product management experience with a proven track record in owning multi-quarter roadmaps
• At least two years of direct experience in AI, including system design and development
• Strong understanding of AI product quality, reliability, and the impact of performance trade-offs on user trust
• Proven ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations with excellent product leadership fundamentals
• Experience in applying responsible AI principles and maintaining fluency in modern AI/ML concepts
