Principal Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

To define the next generation of Komodo's product suite, the full-time Principal Product Manager, AI will own the product thesis, build initial versions of new AI products, and engage directly with customer environments to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product thesis by studying customer interactions and revising the argument as models improve
• Build first versions of AI products using platform primitives and collaborate with engineering to scale successful features
• Engage in customer environments to scope real-time needs during contracting cycles and treat deployment as part of the product

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of product management experience, including at least one revenue-generating product conceived and shipped
• Demonstrated ability to build the first version of a product, showcasing hands-on development skills
• Deep understanding of AI products, including context, evals, and agent behavior
• Experience working directly within customer environments and managing real-time commitments during contracting cycles
• Excellent written communication skills for clear reasoning and adoption of ideas
