Principal Product Manager, AI Agents

Job Summary

To guide the vision and execution for the Elastic Agent Builder, the full-time Principal Product Manager, AI Agents will work remotely, focusing on defining enterprise strategies for building and managing AI agents while collaborating with customers, engineering, and design teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand requirements and prioritize product needs
• Develop and align a roadmap for core context engineering capabilities for AI agents
• Evangelize product capabilities and engage with a broad ecosystem of AI partners and developers

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products
• Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, including LLMs and context engineering
• Proven ability to lead across organizations and drive execution in a remote-first environment
• Outstanding communication skills to convey complex technical details to diverse audiences
• Passion for industry trends and a commitment to solving customer problems
