Principal Product Manager, AI Agents

Job Summary

Guiding the vision and execution for the Elastic Agent Builder, the full-time Principal Product Manager, AI Agents will work remotely to define enterprise strategies for building and managing AI agents, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers, sales teams, and solution architects to gather requirements and prioritize product needs
• Develop and align a roadmap for core context engineering capabilities for AI agents
• Work with data science and engineering teams to establish strategies for benchmarking agent capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products
• Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, including LLMs and context engineering
• Proven ability to lead across a matrixed organization and drive execution in a remote-first environment
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong commitment to solving real-world customer problems and advocating for the developer persona
