Principal Product Manager, AI Native

Job Summary

Driving engagement growth across the member experience, the full-time Principal Product Manager, AI Native will identify and implement strategies to deepen member connections and broaden engagement, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and ship high-impact initiatives to enhance member engagement across key moments
• Partner with Growth and adjacent teams to increase meaningful member interactions and activity within circles
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape engagement strategies and experiences

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of consumer product experience with a focus on engagement and growth outcomes
• Strong versatility and depth in engagement strategy, member experience, and quantitative experimentation
• Proven ability to define multi-quarter strategic direction while managing parallel workstreams
• Experience in activation, virality, or onboarding initiatives that significantly impacted acquisition or activation metrics
• Familiarity with AI tools and methodologies, contributing to product development and experimentation
