Principal Product Manager, AI Strategy

Job Summary

Partnering with the Chief AI Officer, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager, AI Strategy will manage the execution of AI initiatives, oversee portfolio visibility, and drive operational governance to ensure alignment with business priorities and strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate enterprise AI priorities into a clear execution model across products and platforms
• Design and run the operating cadence for the AI organization, ensuring strategic initiatives are tracked and followed through
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment among stakeholders to maintain progress on major initiatives and resolve any accountability gaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or business operations with senior executives
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution across cross-functional organizations
• Experience in building operating cadences and executive reporting systems
• Strong judgment in evaluating initiative value and readiness, with experience in ambiguous environments
