Job Summary
Owning the data strategy and analytics portfolio, the full-time Principal Product Manager, Analytics will transform clinical and financial data into actionable insights while collaborating with engineering and design teams to enhance member success in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the data strategy to bridge complex data sets with actionable business intelligence
- Define the commercial and product strategy for analytics offerings, differentiating between basic and premium services
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert on clinical and operational workflows, translating them into clear product requirements
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in a product management role focused on data-driven or analytics products
- Deep experience in the business operations of outpatient clinics or healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of data structure and requirements for intuitive data presentation
- Experience defining product tiers and value propositions for B2B SaaS products
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams
