Principal Product Manager - Cloud
Job Summary
As the Mainstream Cloud Owner, the full-time Principal Product Manager - Cloud will drive alignment between customer infrastructure requirements and product capabilities, representing the roadmap function for mainstream cloud customers while collaborating cross-functionally and engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the roadmap lead for mainstream cloud customers, representing their needs and deployment realities
- Engage directly with cloud infrastructure architects to understand workload requirements and operational challenges
- Craft and communicate roadmap narratives that connect Seagate's technology investments to customer outcomes
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, storage, or data center technologies
- Strong understanding of HDD technologies and their deployment in cloud environments
- Experience working directly with cloud providers or storage architects
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical and business decisions through customer engagement
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and align customer needs with technical capabilities
