Job Summary

Principal Product Manager, Growth is a full-time position responsible for setting the strategy and executing the direct-to-consumer growth funnel, focusing on diversifying acquisition channels and optimizing the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diversify the DTC funnel by scaling paid social and other channels
  • Personalize the funnel based on channel and intent, designing tailored experiences
  • Run rigorous experiments to optimize funnel performance and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in growth or acquisition roles
  • Proven track record of setting product strategy and making investment decisions
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and experience with paid channels
  • Experience with segmentation and CAC:LTV analysis for product decision-making
  • Strong background in designing and implementing A/B tests at scale
