Job Summary
Leading multiple teams on client projects, the full-time Principal Product Manager - Medicaid will oversee contract success, ensure quality deliverables, and communicate risks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide effective product management direction and vision for contract project teams
- Delegate tasks and ensure team members have the resources needed to complete their work successfully
- Communicate with leadership regarding project risks and necessary support for contract success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience
- Prior experience working in government (local, state, or federal)
- Familiarity with federal government delivery concerns such as ATO, FedRAMP, and PIAs
- Experience delivering projects from strategy through execution, including creating product roadmaps and user stories
- Ability to coordinate work in distributed, agile teams
