Principal Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Payments to lead the strategy and execution of their embedded payments platform within a B2B2C vertical SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the payments product vision and multi-year roadmap
• Design intuitive experiences for merchant onboarding and optimize payment flows
• Coordinate across teams to deliver end-to-end payment solutions and lead platform upgrades

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with embedded or platform payments
• Proven experience in a B2B2C, marketplace, or vertical SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with merchant onboarding, settlement, and reconciliation
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and regulatory compliance
• Ability to balance long-term investments with immediate customer needs
