Principal Product Manager, Voice AI
Job Summary
Leading the conversational core of the Voice AI platform, the full-time Principal Product Manager, Voice AI will manage dialog quality, LLM selection, and customer enablement strategies while driving growth from a small customer base to approximately 100 within the next year in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development and improvement of the conversational core of the Voice AI platform
- Define and implement the voice-to-voice model integration and deployment strategy
- Facilitate customer enablement for enterprises to design and ramp their own voice agents
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of product management experience with recent hands-on work in voice AI products
- Fluency with voice technology stack including ASR, TTS, and real-time interactions
- Experience with telephony systems and CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect or Twilio
- Proven ability to drive innovations from early product development to scale
- Strong technical background in conversational AI and LLM model evaluation
