Principal Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Owning product marketing for Genie, the full-time Principal Product Marketing Manager will lead messaging and content development for cross-channel marketing strategies targeting business and technical buyers, with a focus on driving awareness and adoption of AI solutions, while working remotely or onsite in San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Establish Genie as the leading AI coworker by driving awareness and daily usage across business user segments
• Launch and iterate messaging and campaigns to increase engagement and conversion among business users and decision makers
• Deliver enablement programs and content to improve sales readiness and articulate Genie's business value to non-technical buyers

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in an enterprise software company
• Experience marketing Data & AI products or AI assistants used by business teams
• Proven track record in creating messaging that resonates with both business and technical audiences
• Experience collaborating with sales and partner teams to execute go-to-market strategies
• Sufficient technical fluency to translate complex AI capabilities into clear narratives for enterprise customers
