Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a standardized Agile operating model to enhance delivery efficiency
• Lead the product delivery framework, ensuring effective collaboration between teams and business partners
• Build and maintain automated performance dashboards to track delivery KPIs for executive decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Strategic Program Management, or Management Consulting in a high-growth SaaS environment
• 10+ years of experience with Jira workflow management
• 10+ years of experience in data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• BS / BA / MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
