Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or related roles
• Proven track record of designing and scaling product delivery systems across multiple teams
• Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives with accountability for outcomes
• Hands-on experience designing or prototyping AI-assisted tools and workflows
• Expertise with agile methodologies and associated tooling
