Job Summary
Driving the evolution of product operations, the remote Principal Product Operations Manager will define and scale the operating model for Product, Design, and Engineering, focusing on strategic alignment, planning, and execution across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product operating model, including planning frameworks and governance mechanisms
- Lead company-level product planning and roadmap operations, partnering with senior leaders for strategic alignment
- Establish scalable mechanisms to enhance visibility, accountability, and execution throughout the product development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related disciplines in high-growth SaaS environments
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional change
- Deep expertise in product development lifecycles and portfolio planning processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in product and business analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Design, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
