Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal SuccessFactors Technical Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the product feature backlog and development for SuccessFactors features and enhancements
• Work closely with the technology team to develop detailed requirements and address roadblocks for completion of release and sprint goals
• Lead in product-release plans, share knowledge as a subject matter expert, and present updates to People Leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with various HRIS systems, including 7+ years with SuccessFactors
• 5+ years of experience in product development or project management
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles, with formal Scrum training as a plus
• Ability to prioritize features and functions by business value and ROI
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
