Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Product Owners and project resources across the organization
• Drive project and portfolio success by fostering cross-departmental partnerships
• Direct and coordinate deliverables in alignment with the credit union's strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of leadership experience on a technical team
• At least 3 years of experience as an agile product owner for complex projects
• Expert understanding of software development life cycle models
• One or more related certifications (e.g., PMP, CSPO, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe Agilist)
