Principal Product Owner

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end product strategy and delivery, the full-time salaried Principal Product Owner will partner with senior business and technology leaders to ensure scalable and compliant solutions across the Business Systems landscape while aligning with FedRAMP requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy and roadmap across essential applications, ensuring alignment with FedRAMP security and compliance requirements
• Lead the delivery of complex, multi-system product initiatives, integrating systems for optimized processes and user experience
• Define and track measurable business outcomes, including operational efficiency and customer experience, while mentoring product owners and analysts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or related roles within enterprise environments
• Proven experience in defining and implementing AI or automation solutions within enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of enterprise business systems and system integrations
• Experience operating in Agile delivery environments
