Principal Product Specialist
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for Zscaler's Zero Trust Browser solutions, the full-time Principal Product Specialist will own product success throughout the sales lifecycle, engaging with customers and developing technical collateral while working remotely within the USA on Eastern Time.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions and workshops with customer executives regarding browser security strategy
- Articulate the value of browser-layer security controls and support technical evaluations and deployments
- Develop technical documentation and collateral to assist internal teams and enhance customer presentations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, presales, or professional services within infrastructure technology or cybersecurity
- Deep technical expertise in browser security and Zero Trust architecture
- Strong understanding of Internet and security protocols, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, and DNS
- Proven experience in developing technical collateral and supporting go-to-market initiatives
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in cybersecurity solutions
