Principal Product Specialist
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for Zscaler's Zero Trust Browser solutions, the full-time Principal Product Specialist will own product success throughout the sales lifecycle, lead customer engagements, and develop technical collateral, all while working in a hybrid environment based in Mohali.
Key responsibilities
- Own product success and architectural strategy for Zero Trust Browser solutions throughout the sales lifecycle
- Lead customer meetings to present browser security strategies and conduct technical workshops
- Develop technical collateral to support internal teams and customer presentations, including best practice guides and demo assets
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, presales, or professional services within the infrastructure technology or cybersecurity industry
- Deep technical expertise in browser security and Zero Trust architecture
- Strong understanding of Internet and security protocols, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, and DNS
- Proven track record of developing technical collateral that drives successful sales outcomes
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and customer-facing teams
