Job Summary

To drive growth in the Commercial / Medical Affairs segment, the full-time Principal Product Strategist will own segment strategy with a P&L mindset, prototype new product concepts, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to enhance product offerings and enablement materials.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and refine the Commercial / Medical Affairs segment strategy to drive growth, retention, and account penetration
  • Prototype and ship 3-5 solutions that generate revenue and address customer needs in the Commercial / Medical Affairs space
  • Engage with customers and industry forums to gather insights on market trends and competitive dynamics
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Commercial / Medical Affairs within life sciences or healthcare data/analytics
  • Expert-level understanding of the Commercial / Medical Affairs segment, including use cases and competitive dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop evidence-based strategies from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ideas into clear narratives for diverse audiences
  • Experience using AI tools for building software prototypes and workflows, demonstrating curiosity and comfort with product development
