Principal Product Strategist

Job Summary

To drive growth in the Financial Services segment, the full-time Principal Product Strategist will own the segment strategy with a P&L mindset, prototype and launch solutions, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance product offerings and enablement materials.

Key responsibilities

• Own and refine the Financial Services segment strategy to drive growth, retention, and account penetration
• Prototype new product concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and ship solutions
• Engage with customers and industry forums to understand market trends and improve sales strategies

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Financial Services, particularly in analyzing healthcare and claims data
• Expert-level understanding of Financial Services use cases, buyer personas, and competitive dynamics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build evidence-based strategies from qualitative and quantitative data
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ideas into clear narratives for diverse audiences
• Experience using AI coding or coworking tools to develop software prototypes and workflows
