Principal Product Strategy

Job Summary

Guiding the strategic direction for product design and development, the full-time remote Principal Product Strategy will lead data-backed initiatives, manage product portfolios, and drive go-to-market execution to align with corporate growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of product strategies and roadmaps that create market differentiation
• Oversee product portfolio management and ensure alignment with strategic priorities and ROI
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy decisions and advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in indirect influence, coaching, or management
• Experience in the healthcare industry, including health plans, PBMs, or pharmaceuticals preferred
• Proven track record in new product development and end-to-end product lifecycle management
