Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Product Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Workplace adoption through customer engagements and resolve complex global customer situations
- Develop and execute innovative implementation strategies to reduce time-to-value for Workplace products
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical customer issues and influence product strategy through partnership with product management
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including 4 years in a technical or techno-functional customer-facing role
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other relevant certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ability to resolve technical issues
- Experience leading large-scale implementation initiatives across global enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
