Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Success Manager - Workplace Product Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic Workplace adoption through customer engagements and resolution of complex global customer situations
  • Develop and execute innovative implementation strategies to accelerate time-to-value for Workplace products
  • Partner with product teams to influence product roadmap and lead early adoption efforts for new Workplace product releases


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of work experience with the ServiceNow platform, including 4 years in a customer-facing role
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other relevant certifications are desired
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and experience in large-scale implementation initiatives
  • Proven ability to shape strategic programs and influence adoption strategies using customer insights
  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making
