A company is looking for a Principal Program Lead, Transformation Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive transformation program strategy and cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Collaborate with teams to define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables
• Manage relationships with senior executives to ensure alignment and support for transformation objectives

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in strategy consulting, program management, or go-to-market transformation
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise programs from initiation to completion
• Strong ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
• In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
