Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large multi-year strategic programs focused on evolving and scaling the Merchandising portfolio
• Oversee program management activities, including strategy formation, process definition, and technology delivery
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication across teams and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in MBA, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of relevant work experience, with 7-10 years in retail program management
• 7-10 years of experience with agile development and deployment practices
• 7-10 years of experience in MerchTech
• Agile / Scrum certification
