Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager to lead large multi-year strategic programs focused on evolving and scaling Athlete Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of program management including strategy formation, process definition, and technology delivery
• Lead a large cross-functional program team and manage program planning, prioritization, and budgeting
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication of program objectives and progress

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of relevant work experience, including 7-10 years in retail program management
• 7-10 years of experience with agile development and deployment practices
• 5-7 years of experience in MarTech and retail
• Agile/Scrum experience required; certifications preferred
