Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager to lead a high-impact program focused on pricing and global reference data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a comprehensive program, defining roadmaps, KPIs, OKRs, and reporting structures for executive leadership
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align program objectives with business priorities and long-term strategy
• Engage with C-level executives and manage relationships across cross-functional teams and client-facing groups

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in financial services or related technology environments
• Direct experience with market data, pricing, and reference data
• Strong technical acumen and ability to engage credibly with engineers
• Proven ability to influence across engineering and product teams
• Highly organized, self-starter, and adaptable with strong relationship-building skills
