Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager to support the Health Plan Business division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated operating rhythm across the Health Plan business, including OKRs and roadmap reviews
• Own and maintain the master cross-functional roadmap spanning various departments
• Identify risks and dependencies to ensure project execution remains on track

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy, or related fields
• Deep familiarity with the health plan/payer ecosystem
• Experience in a high-growth, matrixed environment
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and product lifecycle management
• Proficiency in operating tools such as Jira, Asana, and Salesforce
