Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proactive relationships with senior leaders and support business outcomes by developing business requirements and cases
• Represent the voice of the customer during technology project life cycles and ensure stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure effective delivery of large projects and assist in team leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced organizational environment with a focus on large cross-functional programs
• 8+ years of management experience, demonstrating competency in prioritization and strategic thinking
• Experience in managing resources across multiple projects and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Working knowledge of general IT and business operations
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
