Key Responsibilities

• Support executive leaders in creating adaptive strategic plans and frameworks
• Oversee the transformation agenda, managing cross-enterprise teams and ensuring successful delivery of programs
• Provide thought leadership and guidance throughout the end-to-end transformation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8 years of experience in program or project management
• 3 years of experience impacting the healthcare experience for members
