Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support executive leaders in creating adaptive strategic plans and frameworks
• Oversee the transformation agenda, managing cross-enterprise teams for successful delivery of initiatives
• Provide visionary leadership and guidance throughout enterprise transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8 years of experience in program or project management
• 3 years of experience impacting the healthcare experience for members
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in organization transformation preferred
