Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support executive leaders in creating strategic plans and frameworks for technology and business initiatives
• Oversee transformation agendas, initiative roadmaps, and manage cross-enterprise teams for project delivery
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship throughout the enterprise transformation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8 years of experience in program or project management
• 3 years of experience impacting the healthcare experience for members
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in organization transformation preferred
