Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs critical to performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex, enterprise-level programs and special initiatives
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans and drive clarity around objectives and outcomes
• Manage program financials, track progress, and proactively identify and manage risks and issues

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in program and/or project management
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Expert knowledge of risk management and organizational change
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience working with distributed and global teams
